2022 Acura MDX
Launch Content Production + Real-time Configurable Content POC
We partnered with Acura + Brand AOR Mullen + Digital AOR Wunderman Thompson to produce the launch content for the All-New Acura MDX. For the launch, we used a combination of full-CGI scenes & CGI vehicle integration into live-action photography backplates & domes. We took the work a step further, using the launch to prove that UE4 could be used to produce high-quality photorealistic still & cinematic content that mirrored our traditional CGI pipelines. Together, we crafted a dynamic array of visuals to bring this badass new vehicle to life.

REAL-TIME CONFIGURATION
Using the Epic Unreal Game Engine Platform, we created a proprietary hybrid workflow that enables our artists to streamline the production process, while allowing deeper levels of collaboration during the ideation phase with our clients. It also allows us to develop a single point of truth that can then be used for high-quality still & cinematic renderings, or optimized for interactive pixel stream experiences, without degrading the source material. This work showed that this workflow can provide exponential value when used to produce fresh content for use within digital & social marketing efforts.
