Position Summary
This role is responsible for delivering and procuring creative resources across our creative production teams. They contact talent and help coordinate the day-to-day Sector creative and production efforts to ensure coverage, utilization, and alignment of talent to task.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable. A combination of education and experience can be substituted
3+ years’ experience supporting a business in resource planning and allocation
Proven track record of being a recognized manager of resources for a national or local service intensive environment.
Ability to identify the correct talent for the creative production roles we are trying to resource with a keen eye for quality and appropriate skillsets in a post-production environment.
Knowledge of creative production in either Postproduction, CGI, Animation or VFX vital.
Track record of organizing resources across multiple locations.
Management of our freelance database and continual refreshing of talent information and new potential talent. This requires proactive reach outs to new talent.
Proven track record or recruiting creative resources in the Americas and LATAM for creative production.
Working knowledge of staffing (FTE/contractor) expenses impact on P&L, and the optimization of same
Excellent communication skills with a service-minded approach towards internal stakeholders.
Must be sensitive to client needs, remaining calm and confident, even in stressful situations
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (word, excel and power point)

Job Relationships
Internal: This position works closely with the Head of Production and functional teams.
External: This position works closely with operational client contacts and vendors.
Job Duties
* Identify resource needs (employee or freelancer) across sector
Track resource needs within sector
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure Tag is finding top talent
*Liase between Talent Acquisition and hiring managers expediate the recruitment process for full time placements.
*Resource planning and allocation. Assign hires to projects based on skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget.
*Capacity planning. Ensure Tag’s resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects.
*Support engagement teams in ongoing resource management efforts. Reallocate resources or requirements and assign new resources to the team as needed.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the requirements of each project across sector
Ensures that the sector maintains effective, efficient and profitable management of resources.
Ensure that all managers demonstrate a nimble and responsive execution to ensure there are no bottlenecks in the placement process.
Support of the creative process in a fast-paced production environment.
To identify the crew/team to work on a project as when the project awards, whether that’s internal or freelance.
Manage onboarding of the crew to ensure it is a smooth kick-off for projects.
Work closely with the creative directors & producers to identify upcoming talent requirements.
Working Condition: Office Environment, some travel as needed.
