TANQUERAY NO.TEN

 

We worked with St. Luke's to create key visuals and animations to be used across print, digital and social for Tanqueray's "Alive with Freshness" campaign. The campaign showcases Tanqueray No.TEN, their small batch gin crafted with fresh citrus fruits.

 
 

We knew this project, a CGI recreation of the bottle with beautiful animated elements, was in our wheelhouse. To really showcase our affinity for the work, we created an animatic with our pitch in the two days we had to submit our treatment.

 

Animatics

 

We even showed how we could fit the animation seamlessly onto different backgrounds. The agency and Global Brand Director at Tanqueray were blown away, and we worked with them closely throughout production to deliver exactly what they wanted. 

 
 

The animation shows the surface break, and vines grow around the Tanqueray bottle. From the vines bloom grapefruit, oranges, limes and chamomile flowers, key botanicals of No.TEN. A gentle breeze brings a subtle motion to the final scene. A summertime mood is evoked with a bright, fresh vibrancy in the lighting. 

 
 

Varied cuts, close ups and angles in the hero animation allow the story to be more visually engaging. The movement of the vines is carefully choreographed around the key design features of the bottle, like the ridges of the cap and the wax seal. With a keen eye and a perfectionist outlook to the modelling, we delivered the assets.
